Chemi Tejarate Horsan was established in 2001 as a sole proprietorship under the management of Engineer Mohsen Foroughi, specializing in the purchase, sale, and supply of raw materials for chemical factories in Iran’s industry. Since 2015, the company has been operating as a legal entity under the name Chemi Tejarate Horsan, entering the field of importing raw materials and chemicals. At the outset, by gaining the trust of its customers, the company paved the way to expand its business into various sectors. With a distinguished track record, Chemi Tejarate Horsan has become a member of several industry associations, including the Iranian Importers Association of Chemical Raw Materials, Tehran Chemical Materials Union, Iranian Concrete Association, Raw Materials Manufacturers Association, and more
Policy
In 2017, Chemi Tejarate Horsan succeeded in obtaining a reputable agency for importing essential raw materials for the construction chemicals industry from countries such as South Africa and China. This achievement led the company to become an honorary member of the large Iranian Concrete Association, a result of its relentless efforts to meet the fundamental needs of the construction chemicals sector.
With an active presence in industry exhibitions and conferences, Chemi Tejarate Horsan has always stood alongside the construction chemicals industry.
In 2019, the company succeeded in producing sodium hydroxide (caustic soda flakes) under the brand name Horshad. This product has consistently been one of the most reputable caustic soda brands in the market, offered with a purity of 98%. Thanks to this production, Chemi Tejarate Horsan became a member of the Iranian Chemical Raw Materials Manufacturers Association. The company has also cooperated continuously with the Iranian Dairy Association in producing caustic soda, which has helped reduce ancillary costs in the dairy industry and improve the quality of dairy products in Iran.
Moreover, Chemi Tejarate Horsan is active in other industries such as fertilizers and agriculture, water and wastewater, metal smelting, food, and pharmaceuticals. The company takes pride in being recognized as one of the strongest sources for purchasing and supplying raw materials in these industries.

With the motto "Eliminating Intermediaries," Chemi Tejarate Horsan is committed to continuous marketing and identifying the main consumers of Iran’s chemical industry one of the country’s largest industries. The company aims to prevent price inflation caused by intermediaries and counterfeit products, a goal it has successfully achieved so far.
